I’m birth doula Antonia! I’m a spiritual, holistic girlie. I enjoy yoga, gardening, crochet, and being a wife and mother. If you asked me what’s the one thing I want you to feel through an encounter with me, I would say love.

In the summer of 2024 I guided my son earthside with the help of a wonderful birth team. I truly believe that my knowledge as a birth doula and support of my loved ones and birth team brought me through labor and birth. Pregnancy is such a divine gift. I empower birthing people to take charge of their journey. Whether it is which breathing exercises to use, relaxation techniques, or comfort measures, it is all a part of your experience.
